Technical connection data may be processed when the website is loaded. If you complete a reservation, the contact, date, time and table information you enter is used to organise that reservation.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Reservation information is used only to organise your restaurant visit and communicate about your booking. Technically necessary information supports website security and reliable delivery.

4. Retention

Personal reservation information is kept only for as long as needed for the stated purpose or applicable legal obligations.

5. Cookies and local storage

We store your language and privacy choices in your browser. Optional analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel) load only after your permission. They may use cookies and send data to their providers. Reservation measurement events contain no names, contact details or private booking links. You can change or withdraw permission below. Reservations remain available without permission.

After an online booking, a necessary one-hour HttpOnly cookie enables access to your confirmation and booking management. This access cookie is not used for marketing.

Under the GDPR, applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.
