Ingredients set the direction.

We begin with what is best now: vegetables with tension, fish handled carefully, sauces built for clarity, and technique that stays in the background.

03 · At the table

Precision without ceremony.

Service is attentive but unforced. Plates arrive with enough explanation to invite curiosity, never enough to interrupt the conversation.

04 · Afterglow

The last hour belongs to you.

Dessert, one more glass, softer music. The room becomes warmer and slower before the lights finally come up.
