Starter (choice of one, 4-course menu only)
- Beetroot carpaccio with rocket, walnuts and vegetarian hard cheese
- Beef carpaccio with rocket and Parmesan
Soup (choice of one)
- Creamy pumpkin soup with a dollop of cream
- Hearty goulash soup
Main course (choice of one)
- Goose leg with red cabbage, potato dumplings and a rich sauce
- Homestyle beef roulade with red cabbage, potato dumplings and gravy
- Vegetarian vegetable pan with a colourful selection of freshly fried vegetables
